| DEE:
A rapid distillation apparatus with patent design for distilling
100 ml of wine in 3-4 minutes 200 ml of wine in 6-8 minutes,
this unit features automatic shut off once the required
volume is achieved , shut off of cooling water once the
distillation has stopped and safety features such as
shield and pressure water sensor for optimal
operation. |

Distillation chamber with the electrodes and automatic
cut off feature.
|
| VADE: A
rapid steam generator works with the DEE to produce steam
for Volatile Acidity determinations and total SO2
determination , the glass spout is inserted into the chamber of
the DEE and steams the wine to drive off V.A. |
the vade unit has dual temperature control safety cut
out and generates steam with in seconds of operation.
|
the glass spout is inserted in the chamber of the DEE and utilizes
all the safety features of the DEE.
|
| Densimat: the Densimat is a
hydrostatic balance (Top unit in picture) which displays the relative density of the
distillate and with the temperature indication provides a
simple tool for the alcohol strength of distillate. Supplied
with 2 glass cylinders and Bobs , sample volume 65 ml. the
unit has a built in calibration feature for simple operation. |
 |
Alcomat: The Alcomat
reading unit (Bottom unit in picture) is a microprocessor LCD
display unit with temperature tables to compensate
the Densimat- this allows distillate to be tested at room
temperature and not require 20° C Distillate temperature. The
Alcomat offers other features of Must evaluation, dry
extract calculations and printer connection for hard copy
of results. |
| Quick Analyser: A
colormetric titration unit which uses colour change to analyse
wine distillate for V.A, SO2. Titrateable acidity, the
unit comes with all necessary solutions and provides short
analysis times, calibration of pumps is also provided as well as
printer out put. |
 |
Built in bubble accessory for free SO2 analysis.
|
| Sugarmatic: Instrument for the
analysis of reducing sugars in wines and musts, accuracy
of +/- 0.1 g/l up to 15g/l and 2g/l up to 250g/l, the
sugarmatic automatically injects the wine and reports the
result. Sample changers are available as an option, as well as
printers. |
 |
  |
| Alcosoft: a Windows based
software program principally to emulate the Alcomat
reading unit, but running on your computer.
Gibertini also have a range of low temperature baths BT10D
(-5 to 70° C), BT10SD ( -25 to 70°C) for sample
preparation. |
